At Double Effect your career can make quick progress. We constantly seek improvement, allowing our consultants to grow with us. We do this on the job, through training, and especially through focusing on personal development.
You are welcome to join the Double Effect team if you are experienced, but also if you have just graduated. As long as you are prepared to take a deep dive into the subject and always aim for the best result. We are looking for fighters with character: determined, independent and a good colleague!
driven and diverse
Our teams consist of an equal number of junior and senior consultants, all with different backgrounds. We have team members qualified in Economics, Econometrics, Business Management, Law, Psychology, IT and Communications. Our diversity allows us to view things from different perspectives and challenge each other.
Besides our diversity in qualification, many of our team members have practiced sports on a high level. This characterises the drive and winner's mindset of Double Effect. We are only satisfied once our client’s business has been improved. As in sports, this means we sometimes have to exceed ourselves. But never at the expense of someone else. Those who only strive for their own advantage do not fit in. After all, the best results are achieved together: with the client ánd with your Double Effect colleagues.
training
At Double Effect, you are assured of a comprehensive training program. In addition to the compulsory training program, there is a wide range of subjects to choose from. Training programs we offer include PRINCEII, NIBE General Banking Course, ACI Dealing Certificate, Insurance trainings and Lean Six Sigma Green and Black Belt. We also train and coach our consultants on their social and presentation skills. This way we keep improving ourselves and the service we provide to our clients.
You determine your own career. Does your ambition stretch beyond our range of training courses? At Double Effect there is always room for your own initiatives, such as a post-doctorate study or a dissertation.
development review
Four times a year we review the past quarter during performance reviews. Here you can set your own ambitions for the next quarter. We also discuss how you are using your training budget and summarise your performance in strengths and improvements. We believe that good coaching leads to fast personal development of our employees.
Finally, everyone has their own Duo at Double Effect: a mentor to turn to, who follows your personal development from an objective point of view.
